Position: Customer service representative

Full and part time

Location: Knowlton, QC

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound, outbound calls and emails relating to customer’s requests
  • Promote our products, plan and coordinate service calls and new customer activations/installations
  • Validate customer satisfaction on a regular base
  • Manage and follow up customer complaints
  • Other related office tasks

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • English and French writing/oral skills are a must
  • Accuracy, customer service oriented
